OWP law firm is the result of a new partnership in 2023.
However, this restructuring was part of a desire to ensure the continuity of Etude Oswald, a family firm founded in 1984 and located in the heart of the city of Neuchâtel.
History of the law firm
1984
Founded by Claire-Lise Oswald and Denis Oswald, the Oswald law firm is located in the heart of Neuchâtel, and offers its clients tailor-made advice and representation.
2004
In 2004, Claire-Lise Oswald took over the firm’s activities on her own.
2017
In 2017, Marc Oswald and Kiliann Witschi joined her in the Oswald law firm.
2023
At the beginning of 2023, Germain Porret joins the firm, which is restructuring to become “OWP law firm”.
OWP law firm intend to continue the long-established methods and philosophy of Oswald law firm.
The firm has also formed numerous trainees, who have gone on to pursue careers at the bar and in the judiciary, among others.
